Stuffing Meatloaf with Topping

Meatloaf:
1 lb ground meat
1 egg
1 box stuffing mix
1 cup water

Topping:
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/3 cup ketchup

Mix the meatloaf together, add topping, and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.  I like to use a pan that lets the drippings fall below.
