Amanda's Sooo Goood Pudding Cream Cheese Filling

8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream - unwhipped
1 box instant pudding (4 serving size)
2-4 tbsp milk

Cream together the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth.  Add the dry pudding mix and beat until incorporated.  Add milk until you get the consistency that you need for spreading.

Mom's Brown Sugar Icing

2/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk
1/2 cup icing sugar

Boil brown sugar and butter. Add milk and boil again. Add icing sugar, beat until thick. Spread on cake.
