Diabetes Friendly Sweet and Sour Sauce

3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup Splenda (if doubling recipe, use 1-1/4 cups)
 
In saucepan, combine water, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce.  Stir in cornstarch.  Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir for 2 minutes more.  Remove from heat and stir in Splenda.
